ANS B.

In a leap year, no of days= 366 = 52 weeks (52*7=364)  + 2 days

combination possible for 2 days-  (Sun,Mon), (Mon,Tue) , (Tue,wed) , (Wed,Thu), (Thu,Fri), (Fri,Sat), (Sat,Sun).

Now we want for probaility for 53 sundays or 53 mondays=  2/7 + 2/7 -1/7= 3/7
